Das Schutzgebiet ist stets einen Besuch wert. Auch wenn ein paar Wasserflächen im Juli trocken waren, konnte ich zum Beipsiel einen Triel und einen Rallenreiher beobachten. Selbst der Triel lag lieber im Schatten! Das 3. Bild zeigt ein Küken vom Stelzenläufer.
Beim Ausflug auf die Insel Cabrera waren es wenigstens 35°C. Darum hielten die kleinen Drachen die Füße in die Luft, während sie in der heißen Mittagsonne am Picknickplatz auf Leckereien warteten.
There are always some birds in that reserve. Even if some parts were dry in July, I have observed a stone-curlew/thick-knee and a squacco heron. The stone-curlew preferred the shaddow also! The 3rd picture shows a chicken of a black-winged stilt.
It were more than 35 Celsius degree on my tour to Cabrera. So the little dragons hold their feet up in the air while lying on the hot stones beside the pinic area and waiting for delicious bites.
